Hey all...a little help please. After just having upgraded to the v4.5 software, I have installed both SoftReset and QuickPull. Neither one will work. When I run either, I get an error that says:

Uncaught exception: java.lang.IllegalArguementException

This is the only place I have run into this error. Any suggestions on how I might be able to correct this?

A java language error means either the OS is corrupt or the software is incompatible. Since you just upgraded the OS, either explanation is equally plausible. The good news is, you don't really need either app. Alt-R.Shft-Del on the 8830 will accomplish a soft reset.
