well I just got a new Blackberry 8830 world. something wasent working with it so i went back to the store to get a new one and so i got a new one. so i downloded all my contacts back and stuff like that. but i can not seem to find the internet browser icon. dose anyone know how i can get it backk??HELPP PLEASE

This is an easy fix. It happened to me to when my trackball stopped working. You just need to call your service provider on a different phone. They will take you through a few steps and your ready. Hope it works

If resending the service books doesn't help, go to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table/Menu/Register Now. That should restore your browser, assuming per jennifer that you have a data plan.
