For those of you who have been there: Will my caller ID (Verizon) work in Germany? In other words, will my Black and White List function?

I know you are asking about Germany, but I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago and my caller ID displayed "unknown caller" whenever I received a call from someone in my contacts.
