    One friend of mine switched her BB with another because it wasn't working. So, her PIN changed.

    We have been trying to PIN each other, but for some reason nothing has gone through to each other. On her previous BB we had no issues.

    Any ideas?

    Do you have the new PIN, and have you changed it in your Address Book contact for her?

    Can she send you a PIN.

    Try PIN messaging, first, to confirm it is working.

    THEN, delete HER contact in YOUR BBMessenger application and add her back, using her PIN number, not by email: Add Contact > scroll up to USE ONCE > click menu > ADD BY PIN.

    Just some ideas from a total non-pro!

    Doublecheck to make sure that both of you have entered all of the numbers of your PINs correctly (assuming you are "PINNING" from stored numbers). You have no doubt already done this, but take the stored numbers out and reenter them again! Of course one small error could make all the difference.

    Pull the batteries on both BB's to reset them.

    If it continues, contact RIM or your carrier.

    I have the new PIN and I did USE ONCE. I don't have her old contact information stored.

    She has not PIN messaged me, yet, but I will tell her to try when I see her next.
    I have PIN messaged her and it did not go through.

    UPDATE : She has PIN messaged me, it did not go through.
