    hello i have a unlock cingular and i am using a tmo sim i wanted to upgrade my bb to the latest vers. now do i upgrade from tmo or att ste?

    It doesn't matter. Just load the latest version number.

    After you install the OS to your computer you'll need to locate and delete the vendor.xml file. Then you can load any carrier's 8800 OS.
