i stupidly took the advise to download JL_Cmder. How the **** do i uninstall it? it doesnt show in add/remove programs and doesnt show under programs.

You should have a JL_Cmdr directory on your computer. Try looking under c:\program files\JL_Cmdr. If not there try a search on your computer, including hidden files.

if you open the program up there is an option to uninstall it..
