Thanks very much indeed raino - it seems the problem I may have had was going thru DM to try and install the OS.

Where I am now... I've re-installed the EXE package for the older 4.2 OS - it seems to have gone through that ok. After that installed it gave me the option to run the application loader - so I ticked "yes" (previously I thought I didn't need that as I was going to install the OS through the DM software - but 4.2 never showed up in there).

It SEEMS to be chugging along at the moment - so I guess I'll just leave it an hour and see where we are then (I know that loading an OS takes an absolute AGE - makes my playbook's boot up time seem like "instant on" technology LOL!)

Well, that seems to have worked! Bluetooth is back - yay!
