I'm getting complaints from those I email from my Blackberry (8830 World Edition), complaining that every time I send them an email, the email prompts them for a 'request an acknowledgment' / 'return receipt request'.
Is your account a personal one or a business one that has BES? If so the settings by your administrator may have something to do with it, otherwise your settings should work.
Thanks, it worked for me. it was only happening on my personal email not the enterprise. You have to switch from the default desktop (to my personal) before that tab will open up
