    Hi,

    I'm getting complaints from those I email from my Blackberry (8830 World Edition), complaining that every time I send them an email, the email prompts them for a 'request an acknowledgment' / 'return receipt request'.

    How do I disable this on my Blackberry?

    If you look under Message Options and then Email Settings there is a setting for Comfirm Delivery. Set it to "NO". That should work.

    Yes, I found those settings earlier and my "Confirm delivery", "Confirm read" and "Send read receipts" are all selected 'No'.

    Is there anywhere else that it may be triggered?

    Is your account a personal one or a business one that has BES? If so the settings by your administrator may have something to do with it, otherwise your settings should work.

    Thanks, it worked for me. it was only happening on my personal email not the enterprise. You have to switch from the default desktop (to my personal) before that tab will open up
