You could take it to whatever provider is listed on the device and ask them to contact the owner.

LMAO I never heard this before anyhow I have a Blackberry GSM phone here unlocked for any sim card provider I love it but I cant seam to get the damb dots off when putting pass word on it so I can see what I type
