Greetings All, I have the 8830WE and I love it but the past month the hour glass has been spinning requiring battery removal. Today that does not even work. I want to keep this until the 10 comes out but I need a phone. Help!!!

You might try clearing the cache, memory and if that doesn't help, reload the os which will include wiping of the phone.
