    for some reason, my home screen says i have a bb message, but theres nothing on my phone- no conversations, no requests, nothing. anyone have any ideas? i have already closed the messenger and shut off the phone a cpl times. thanks

    Try pulling your battery out while the phone is on, leave it out for 30 seconds... Hope this helps! Welcome to CB!

    With the BB on, remove the battery, leave it out for about 30 seconds, then re-install. Should take care of it.
