good afernoon - I am a new blackberry owner. I am sure this has been answered but please bear with me.

I am trying to sync outlook 2003 with my 8830 - I wish to move my outlook contacts to my blackberry.

Can anyone direct me to step by step directions in english or assist.

The blackberry goes through a sync operation of loading my few phone contacts to a folder that I cannot find and does not recognize my outlook folder.

I have same issue as well -Contacts not syncing from Outlook to BB-, but got there differently. Verizon transfered all 306 of them and all was fine. I used teather to do sync and all worked. Then my corporate reset my BB as there was an e-mail issue. Now the teather will not sync and the error I'm getting is that the BB is confitured for blue tooth sync and I can't find where to change this.

All help would be greatly appreciated. DBCobalt
