I got a used blackberry from a friend when we tried to turn it on he forgot the password and typed it wrong 10 times the phone wiped itself but now when I put the battery in white screen apears with the sand clock and after a few seconds black screen appears red led turns on and start doing the same thing over and over again I'm looking for some assitance to fix this problem.

didn`t work stills rebooting cycle i`m pulling my hair off

i am going fine but when te app loader is on wait for device initialization jus rebooting cycle does not let the command to finish and i got this message

unable to reconnect to the device after a multi stage load
i`m desperate here i`m looking for help thanks a lot
