I can send and receive local SMS but not the international ones. Do I have to call the network supplier?

Not sure about Rogers but I am sure ATT charges a different rate for those. They may need to be enabled by calling your vendor. Just checked ATT requires a new feature for $9.99/mo for international SMS messages.

I was able to receive and send international SMS a week ago. I can send and receive by using the same SIM but normal cell phone. Talked to 4 different tech support in Rogers and no body know what is going on. The last explanation was there are some problem with this model. OMG.

If you have ATT, you will need to add the $9.99 international text message feature as dagda1 had stated. Reminder that is for only 100 messages send or receive.

i think the package I have right now should have include the international msg service, otherwise I would not be able to send by using another phone.

Or if it still does not work, you might use a software like VoipBusterSMS. It send sms using internet instead of the gsm network.
