Hello

I have just attempted installing Os 4.5 and at the step where it begins installing the software it got disconnected (I have no idea how this happened)

Now my BB has just a white screen. When I connect it to the bb software and try to update it gets stuck at connecting to device and says the password may be wrong.

any help is appreciated.
