My 8800 is functioning but nothing comes up on the display. Display looks as if the device is shut off. However calls come in, i hear the tones from incoming pin msgs, bbm, etc... I'm not sure what happend. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Greetings and welcome to CB! If you have not already tried this, I would do a battery pull first. Also check under Options > Screen/Keyboard > Backlight Brightness etc. to see how they are set.
Thanks. Yes, did the battery pull several times. It was drizzling the other day and I probably had it my hands for 5 seconds max I was walking from my door to my car. Later the bright white screen came on and now that screen is just off, but the berry actually works as it's ringing and alterting when messages or calls come in.
