Does anyone know why my 8830 won't play utube videos? It also freezes when I try to download songs from the web. I've only had it a couple of days so i'm new to it. Thanks
Check how much memory you have available. Sound like a memory problem. There are a number of post around here on managing your memory.

The 8830 currently won't play YouTube videos. Hopefully the next OS release will allow for web streaming and playback of those videos. Same with online songs... there's no streaming codecs in OS 4.2.2.x. 4.5 should have them.... hopefully.
