hi, love my new 8820 but can't get Google Maps to run. BBmaps works (after the mod listed on CB), Orange maps works, TeleNav works.

Download Google Maps by WiFi - seems to install OK. When I click the Icon on the main screen the BB freezes. All I can do is switch the BB off or remove the battery. I would like art least to try Google maps.

Any ideas how to make it work?

Remove it completly and then re-install it.

I got it working! - stupid me - you have to download and install using GPRS, I was using the WiFi connection to save cost.
