Hi,

I recently got a blackberry 8820. My company has a BES. When I reply to a gmail email I get a copy of the sent email in my gmail inbox.

So far I tried:

selecting hide sent items

setting up a filter in desktop manager

setting up a filter in gmail

Any suggestions?? It's so annoying to get those sent emails!!

i have BIS and the instructions worked for me. if you can do the same with your BES account it will work!

Are you talking about the company's e-mail or a separate g-mail account that you added? If it is a second account you log in to the BIS and change this.

BES plans includes BIS so as long as your employer does not block that, then yes you can. I am able to just fine.

Thanks so much for everyones help. I thought with a BES you couldn't log in through the phone co's website. I got it now though
