Anyone have a manual for an 8820 that will let me open the device and force a ROM load? I sent my new Blackberry 8820 back to the people I bought it from after trying to update from 4.2.2 to 4.50 and something went wrong. We tried all the usual tricks and tools but we cannot get in, so now I need to open the device and get info on how to force a manual machine code load.
i got several errors on the device that reported fatal errors after the upload. DL_Cmder and such don't cut it. 10 Blackberry Guru's have so far tried and failed to revive the beast....
As I bought this on ebay T-mobile will not help me and I switched to AT&T in the meantime anyways.
