Good morning to all, I have a BB8820 I attempted to update the latest version of BB application solfware for the unit, the device was working perfectly before the attempt, all seem to be going well until the end when a message came back saying "fatal error has occured while updating your device solfware. Please try again". When this occured it put the device into a perpetual cycle of disconnecting and reconnection also showing a error message of 507, I've tried correcting the problem with Blackberry to no avail, it seems I have to consult the "Pros", your advice has served me well in the past. any solutions that anyone can contribute towards correction this problem would be greatly appreciated.
