Hey guys,

I'm relatively new to BB and CB for that matter. But I've recently been having problems backing up my BB. I had this problem and thought it would be solved after I installed the new updates for the BB software 4.2.2.339. But when it is downloading the info at the the "Receiving Messages:" stage, a pop-up says "Communication Error: The data was not recognized by the device." What can I do to fix this and have ability to backup my info again?

Could be a messed up Message doing it. If you can do it, delete the Messages and see what happens after that.
