    I appear to be the only one at my office having this problem but the phone is not actually sending emails from the account associated with the server. Here's the specifics:

    1. I am using the free enterprise server software.
    2. Emails sent from yahoo and gmail accounts (set up through verizon account on the phone) send and receive through the phone perfectly.
    3. Emails sent and received via Outlook on my computer are recorded on my phone perfectly.
    4. Emails sent from my phone using my Outlook account show the little check mark (not a red X) indicating the phone thinks the email sent fine. However, it never reaches it's destination (regardless of recipient's outlook or pop3 account).


    I have done the following:

    1. Disabled any desktop BBerry software associated with the device.
    2. Wiped my bb server account and set up a new one with a new password.
    3. Downloaded a new copy of service books.
    4. Restarted the phone.

    Any suggestions on what I should do next? I'm pretty sure its the phone as others on the server seem to be doing just fine.
