Hey Community,

Hoping someone out there has a fix for my problem. I recently installed Enterprise Messenger for Office Communicator Server 2007 on my BB 8830 wirelessly via our BES. The app pushed out ok to the device but when I try to login to it I get the error message "Service not enabled for this Handheld". The OS on the device is 4.2.2.176 which according to all documentation should work with Enterprise Communicator, already tried a new activation on the device but got no love.

Anbody had this problem?

Not my area of expertise but try a battery pull for 30 seconds and also try resending your service books. Beyond that, I can't help. Good luck.
