I don't have access to the Tips and Tricks forum (to start threads there), and maybe this is old news, but I didn't see this tip listed.
Under Options/Owner/Information, whatever text you put there will be added to your email if in the message part of the email you type "sig" (without the quotes) and then hit "Space".
Yea this a great feature. Its called AutoText and you can make up your own shortcuts if you like. For example if you send your home number a lot in emails you can set auto text to where every time you type say "myhome" and hit space and your home number will appear. You can find auto text under options ->auto text.
