New user. Set ring tone and vibe for incoming emails through profiles (Loud). Emails come in, I get the little icon on the messages icon but no audible notification or vibe. What did I do?

Welcome to crackberry. Did you go into the advanced settings in profiles?

Choose a ringtone or vibe from advanced settings and email

First, thanks for all the replies. I went through the profiles, advanced, edit, save, and still nothing. I've had it about 20 hours and already messed it up!
