I have the Sprint BB 8830 and cannot do what I used to on my BB 7100i.
I cannot figure out how to set a tone from my ringtone files to activate when I get a new email.

If you call up the profiles, at the bottom of the list there is an "advanced options" item. go in there and then you can edit your profiles to do what you need.

I assume thats what you needed?
