I got a used World Edition and there is currently the old owners email address on it. How can I delete this address and add my own? When I go into the area to make changes it asks me for a user and password which I do not know. Thanks.

You will need to contact the previous owner and have them delete their account using your BB's PIN and ESN from the BIS site, then you will be able to set yours up.
