I cannot delete e-mails from my device. I can only delete sent messages and unopened messages. This happened suddenly while the device was on - one minute I could delete, then I couldn't. I did try removing the battery, etc., but that did not help.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Try checking your folders. Check your saved messages as well.

Thanks - I was able to delete all messages in the Saved folder, but still can't delete Inbox messages.
