hi guys

im selling my 8820 dats da bad news

ive had the BIS disconnected from O2 but can someone tell me how to delete the email settings so someone can easily configure them??

i do not neeed to format the device as the other person is quiet happy to take it over but they do need the email facility and i need to disconenct mine for that..

please advise!

You should be able to go into Email Settings ( envelope with a wrench, on my phone) and easily delete it from there. I can also delete mine from my blackberry.com page. If you don't have that icon or an email settings icon check to see if maybe you hid it at some point.
