I've had three 8830's from Sprint and all of them have the same issue...my data will turn itself off...it starts by dropping from 1XEV to 1XRTT..then it completely disappears from the screen and i have to pull the battery to get it to come back up. Any ideas what might be going on or how to fix it?
Please do a forum search. You'll see this issue has been hashed over and over. Short of the long is we're hoping 4.5 fixes these issues. But there is no definitive answer... we're in the wait & see mode.
