Hi Folks; Getting ready to purchase an 8820. Have read through the Blackberry
101 course, but can't find an answer to this problem, and yes, I'm new to
Blackberry.
When you are calling a credit card company, or a bank, you usually get
an automated blurb where you have to enter your credit card number. I want to
know if there is a way to enter this automatically while still on the call, rather than going to the notes application and typing in one number at a time. These
numbers are 16 digits long, and it becomes a nuisance pretty quick. Thanks for any help provided.

Autotext? Set it up so that xx = your card number. Worth a try

Besides the auto text while on a call, from the call log screen, i.e. the screen showing you're on a call, you can still enter said number.
