I'm sure this is painfully simple, but I just got the 8830 and would like to create folders to file specific emails and then retrieve them [i.e., "school," "work," "personal"].
1) how do i create the folders?
2) how do i send emails from my inbox to the folders?
3) how do i access the folders if looking for the emails?
Sorry, no can do, unless your device is on BES (work Blackberry server). In an instance like that, you'd create the folder in Outlook, and it would copy to the BlackBerry.
As for moving emails, again, this would need to be done from Outlook, or whatever email client you use...
I believe (not tried it). That in Desktop Manager (for BIS users) their might be an option for creating folders...
