    I have been issued a Sprint 8830 through work but they were nice enough to uninstall the web browser and lock it so that no new programs could be installed. Specifically I would like to install a browser and google apps. What is the easiest way to get around these blocks? Any help and advice is appreciated. Thanks.

    You cant. They blocked it for their own reasons.They control what you can and cant do through their IT policy.

    They block it so that you will actually work, and not surf the web all day!! I dont blame them for removing it!

    along these liens, just found out that our IT folks don't have any plans to upgrade our BES from 4.1.4.15 - so no HTML email for me

    As long as you have handheld code 4.5+ you can get HTML BIS email.
