    1. Are you getting any errors?
    2. How many Outlook contacts do you have?
    3. I take it you're using Desktop Manager to sync?
    4. Are you a BIS or BES user?

See, you asked one question, and I reply asking 4! Hilarious...

    1. Are you getting any errors?

    Nope no errors

    2. How many Outlook contacts do you have?

maybe 250-300. The thing is they are only in my 8830. I just moved over from the treo 700p. I finally manged to get my tasks and calender to sync properly. So as of now all my contacts are only in my phone. (which makes me nervous)

    3. I take it you're using Desktop Manager to sync?

    Yes I am

    4. Are you a BIS or BES user?

    Hmm I don't know.

Within Desktop Manager / Synchronize / Configuration / Configure Sync, I take it CONTACTS is not set to wireless sync, right? And, Outlook is the choice on the left?

On the BlackBerry, go to the addressbook, menu / options / Wireles synchronization, make sure it's off...

If that fails, then you might have to speak with your carrier. A reload of the OS might be in order, or a deletion of a particular service book. But, am sure they will guide you on that...
