I know you can email ringtones or surf the web and d/l but is there a way to just upload them via the usb from your pc? Also can you upload via bluetooth?

Sure can. If you have a media card, just enable mass storage mode and browse to it from windows explorer. If you don't have a media card, use roxio media manager that is bundled with Desktop Manager.

Your computer would need a BT dongle.

I do not use mass storage but I do use roxio as sunkast says and just move them to my media card....... Pretty easy!!!
