    I can not reply to email messages. The option is not there anymore when you push the trackball. I can forward, and receive without a probelem.

    Any ideas

    I had the same problem a week ago. We deleted my profile from the BES server and I deleted the account from my phone. Then I restarted the phone, connected to Desktop Manager, and added the email address again. Once the activation process was complete, I was able to reply to email messages. Let me know if this works.

    Resend Service Books and register the host routing table then battery pull.

    Resend service books by going to the place where you set up your email addresses

    options>advanced>host routing table>menu key> register now
