About a week ago on my dad's 8830 Bell added a new icon onto his screen that has to do with Bell TV. However he doesn't have any use for it and when he clicks to hide it he can still see it, but the icon has become a lot darker. Anyway if he goes into his service books can it be deleted over there off his phone?
Did he hide it and turn off show all. It was probably pushed to the phone, you can only hide it, if the icon got darker sounds like its hidden but show all is on.
Well I don't know if he tried something with it because I just looked at it myself and when I clicked hide it was completely taken off the screen, so I guess problem solved.
