Browser Service Books Missing

I am new to this forum and this will be my first post. However I have been searching throught forums for a week now with no success. Here's my problem...
Whenever i upgrade to 4.5 everything works perfect, except for my Browser. I can open it up by going to Switch Applications Menu but it says my browser service books are missing.
Now.... I know what everyones gonna say... go to host routing table and send registration message or go to BIS site and send service books. Ive tried this over and over with battery pulls and what not and no luck. I takled almost an hour with a sprint BB support rep and we tried all sorts of things but
