    If your 8830 is provided by your employer, or you provide the blackberry but connect to a corporate enterprise server, you can't. The BES IT Policy controls what your phone can do. If you bought it used and don't connect to an enterprise, there are tools in the forums that will let you remove the IT policy. But it won't necessarily be easy.

    If it is truly blocked by your IT policy, you'll have to contact your BES adminatrator tp get the fix.
