Whenever I start BB M Ver. 4.6.012, I get a message that I need to update applications: BB 4.5.0 Core appl, Basque Language Support and Password keeper.

I click OK it checks my device and says: "No update needed". Problem is it does this everytime I start BB Manager.

Any ideas?

I had that problem with DM 4.5, but cleared up with 4.6. Don't know what to tell you.
