i would just like to know where u can buy new housings for the 8830 my search of google didnt return many results that were helpful *sigh*

so i had a quick questions. i know the vzw 8830 keyboard is blue. but how come its white in the picture? is it becuz the LED is built into the keyboard or is it on the motherboard?

I can only tell you that my Silver 8830 from Verizon had the silver keyboard with BLUE lighting. When I changed ONLY THE KEYBOARD to a BLACK one, the lights on the keys are now WHITE. The underlying led(s) are WHITE. The original keyboard had what I would call a blue-filter making the lights appear blue and in my opinion very difficult to read. The WHITE is much, much better.
