    I just got a new BB as a replacement for a defective one
    I was trying to log on to the BIS site and can't
    I tried to create a new account but keep get an error message
    About another service provider
    Any ideas

    Since you got a replacement BB you have to contact your service provider, Rogers, and tell them to update you BIS account with your new BB PIN/ESN number.

    I believe they are the only ones who can fix that.
