Both of you are wrong. This happens if you never setup a userid and password for the BIS site. By default the Email Setup on the phone doesn't setup a userid and password if used out of the box (yes, I know, it's stupid). He/she must go into the Email Setup on the phone and go to Options and Create Userid. Once that's done, they can then sign into the BIS site on a regular computer. And one more thought - I get that message occasionally from Verizon and I have everything setup properly (I think!). I have to clear the cookies from the Verizon site, close Firefox then try again.
