    When I set my Ringtone option to "Tone + Vibrate," it only vibrates with no tone. Does anyone else's BB do that? Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Did you select a tone and set the volume? Also, it will vibrate first, as many times as you have it set to vibrate, before it rings once.

    You guys are all great. I am contemplating returning my BB but you might have changed my mind.

    I love it, but there are some issues so maybe with your help I can figure them out without too much trouble.
