I had to replace my 8830 and when I set up my bb msgr all of my contacts were able to accept my requests, except for one. We've exchanged requests and I can them on my contact list and when I ping them they can respond to me, but I don't show up in their contact list. We've tried requesting by e-mail and PIN. Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem or how we can get my name to show up in their contact list?
They need to delete you in their address book and messenger contact list. You should too. Start brand new and get each others PIN and proceed adding that way.
