I keep having a problem with my wife's 8830 with the new BB Messenger 5.0 install failing. It will download and then go to install but fail on the install. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how did you fix it?

no idea how you are trying to load it, but you need other files to support BBM5.o...read instructions found in this link

i kept getting that message when i tried to grab it from the bb app store. Instead ot going there i went to www.blackberry.com/messenger from the handset and it worked fine on the first try.
