Can anyone tell me the bb8820 will work with HFP 1.0 before buying it. I have a Panasonic hands free unit , Cy-100Btu that connects to my Panasonic head unit. I would like to connect the bb8820 to this.
Anyone have this same setup or any idea that the bb8820 might support this profile and actually work.

From what I have researched on this BT setup, once the system is installed, just turn on your Bluetooth enabled phone when you get in the car and the Bluetooth connection will initialize itself. I know it works with Motorola phones just fine from what I have read, but I could not find anything specific to Blackberry. At 200$ I wish I could be more definitive for you. Good Luck!
