I have a BB 8800 with "JVM ERROR 102 Reset". I try to download the OS Software Name: BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.5.0.152 (Multilanguage)

I do have my BB USB connected to my PC, but my PC Desktop manager is keep telling me "Please insert a disk drive G:". What should I do to get the software loaded and get rid of the JVM error 102? How can I talk with the device?

Thank you so much for the help, Patricwc. I got it the BB 8800 working again. That link really help. I had to adjust some a little. This is what I did about.
1 - Down load the desktop manager
2 Down load the latest OS version 4.5 on my pc.
3 Remove the battery and than plug in the USB to the pc.
4. open the the Blackberry 8800 desktop application from the desktop manager icon.
5. Select application loader and click run. This will remove the old software.
6. You should receive after a little a message " Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation.
7. At this time I inserted the baterry and observe code 507.
8. Go back to the desktop manager and select application loader again, click Run.
9The system will start loading the new OS 4.5 that you had loaded on you desktop.
10.wait up to it completed than click finish.
