Yes!! Actually quite simple. Download latest BlackBerry Desktop Manager (currently 4.7)
Application Loader
scroll down to East Asian Characters & Fonts
Traditional or Simplified Chinese Characters and Font Support (Choose either or both)

You may also want to install East Asian Language and Input Support
choose you preferred method

Worked on my 8900 Curve.

I have an 8830 World Edition and have been trying for ages to find a way to input Chinese. It will display Chinese and I found an input program called DXInput. The input IME works, but the phone won't allow me to input Chinese into SMS text messages.

I have updated Spanish V 4.2 but want to keep chinese and english.... can you help...?

If I try to upload spanish it will erase all the chinese files..
